Your enquiries
When you contact me by email or phone, you provide your contact details and the information you choose to share about your project. I use it to reply, prepare a quote and arrange the services you request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Analytics and advertising
This website does not use visitor analytics or advertising tools. This does not mean that the external services described below do not collect technical data.
Bookings and external services
Bookings take place in Marketplace, on a separate website. Embedded YouTube videos and Matterport tours load as they approach the screen. Your browser then communicates with those providers, which may receive technical information, including your IP address, and use cookies according to their own practices. Instagram and Google links also open external services. Their data processing may take place outside Quebec. Please review their privacy information before using them.
Retention and access
Information provided with an enquiry is used to respond and follow up on services. To find out what information is held in your file, request access or a correction, discuss deletion, or ask about retention, contact me below. Obligations that apply to a file may limit its deletion.
